Le Comptoir du Gingembre is a French family business based in Provence, specialising in the manufacture of ginger-based products. They make this concentrate from extra-fresh ginger roots pressed in their workshop and fresh lemons picked when ripe. A drink for every day that will wake up your taste buds!
Comptoir du Gingembre offers a 100% natural concentrate made from organic ingredients, with no added colouring or preservatives.
This concentrate combines fresh ginger pulp and juice, carefully selected for their quality, with freshly squeezed lemon juice for a touch of freshness. Three times less sweet than a traditional concentrate, it contains unrefined Fairtrade cane sugar, which adds vanilla notes for an authentic, refined flavour.
DIRECTIONS: Dilute 1/8th of ginger concentrate with still or sparkling water, juice or in your cocktails. Also ideal for your best sweet and savoury recipes. Shake well before serving!
Two sizes are available: 200 ml for beginners and 500 ml for ginger lovers, each with a spout for easy use.
